Does it matter if it's Spain, France of Andorra?
You could try Singletracksafaris if you want a package in Andorra, there's a couple of bike parks there.

I had a cracking day out here - La Molina
I took my own bike but there was hire available. Worth a look if you doing a multi stay trip.
