Hi,
On the front I have a mono m6ti with 205mm rotor want to change this to tech evo m4 do i need to change the disc if so what size?
On the rear I have a mono m4 with 180mm rotor want to change this to tech evo m4 do i need to change the disc if so what size?

You might be ok with the front rotor. Rear will need to change as its now 183mm.
I'd suggest you get rotors for both, if nothing else it'll make the old brakes easier to sell, and the newer rotors clear mud better. If you were considering floating rotors then the cheapest time to buy them is a package with the brakes.
