nothing between ass and chammois except cream. You can however wear padded shorts under padded shorts if its cold or old shorts are going see through!
I'm assuming the bibs have a pad, in which case nothing underneath.
Aren't "undershorts" for use with unpadded baggies?

any kind of pants inbetween the lycra and ar$e would just chafe so nowt
