I wanted to uprate my Samui Air Zound horn for the commuter, and having had most of the bits lying around the garage, decided to build the following:-

2ltr steel air cylinder filled to 207 Bar.
Breathing apparatus regulator reducing from 207 Bar to 6-11 Bar.
Air tools air gun.
High pressure air hose.
Quad air horns (off scrap lorry at Bill Way's Vehicle Dismantlers).

I've modified some circular steel straps to fit the air cylinder near the bottle cage mounts, and the air horns are staggered along the top tube with cable ties. The air gun trigger is mounted at the top of the stem and regulator is just cable tied to the side of the cylinder. All I have to do now is sort the final bits of hosing and....

BBBBEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........

12 kgs by the way.

I suspect that the horns will also double as brakes.

Will do pics when complete (I need to borrow a digital camera first).
I'll also see if I can do some video too. I've got a sound meter, so it will be interesting to see how far above the legal maximum it gets.
