Not really one to nit pick but I had a bad experience with UKCyclecentre and left a 1* review on their TrustPilot page, they replied to the comment and apologised. Fair enough I thought, people drop the ball from time to time and I wasn't harsh to them.
However I have just been notified by Trust Pilot they has reported the review after a week and are looking to get it removed, having just looked on Trustpilot all their mediocre or bad reviews from the last week have been reported.
Makes me think how many they are hiding?
Really bugged me that they are trying to remove these rather than taking it on the chin and learning from it.
I thought it maybe worth mentioning so any potential buyers in the future see this post.
