Sorry, I don't understand them. If my bike comes with stock 2.0, can I only use 2.0 or can I use whatever I like? Thanks.

Depends on the size of your rims & clearance on frame.
What wheels & frame you got?

As long as it'll go through your frame and fork then you can use whatever size you like.

Not strictly true.
Depends on width of inner rim.
If OP has 2.0 tyres, I would hazard a guess at narrow rims. Too wide a tyre will risk rolling off on corners.
