Hi all,
ok finally got round to putting the freshly powder coated frame together last night. Took out a couple of old zerks and put some new ones in. Fitted teh axles and then pumped some grease in only to have one of the zerks pop out. Cleaned and refitted but same happened again. Any suggestions for helping these pesky critters stay put 🙂

Are you sure there is no paint in the whole stopping the zerk pushing in? I'm guessing yours are press fit? DW's have threaded zerks.

Definately no paint stopping the zerk. I left the old ones in whilst the frame was being powder coated then carefully removed the old ones to put new ones in. I'll have a close look tonight and clean / refit them with smoe thread if I need to
