Hi, just bought a turbo trainer and looking for some sessions to follow, might be a gap in the market but can't see any free content on youtube and don't really want to fork out on a dvd. Does anyone know of free content out there, not having much luck with youtube search? If not someone should start a website as surely loads of people would like to follow even basic spinning type session instructions?

even if u can only find the mp3 files, these are great ,tell u what gear to work in,what heart rate zone,and cadance u should be aiming for,all the time encoraging u to work hard,takes the boredom out of it
Cheers, found some spinervals stuff so will get it on the download. Need to now establish if my neighbours can hear my turbo trainer before starting early morning sessions!
