I've had a puncture on a tubeless tyre looks like 4 or 5 pin holes, will adding more sealant fix it and can i put it in through the valve or is it best to remove the tyre.

remove the valve core and squirt a bit more in if you're in a hurry. If not, pop the tyre off and remove the ball of dried out sealant before topping up.
