This isn't something I've come across in 10+ years of using tubeless setups...
I have a WTB Tough casing tyre on the back, and it's been fine for months.
After a horrendously wet weekend of riding a few weeks ago it started losing air, pumped up before rides though and it seemed fine.
However, this week on a ride it kept going down and sealant was bubbling out if the sidewalls.
I've stripped the tyre off, taken out the old sealant, scrubbed the inside and refitted tyre with new sealant.
A little bit was coming through the sidewalls initially but it seemed to stop quite quickly.
Was this just the water/rain saturating the tyres and diluting the sealant so it then wouldn't seal properly?
I also have a tough casing WTB tyre on the front, and that's been totally fine!
Very weird 😆
Sounds like the water based sealant that hadย sealed up the sidewall when installed must have become un-dry from the water and so been able to oooze out of any pinpricks / porosity.

That's what I assumed, but weird that only started oozing out nearly 4 weeks after the really wet ride.
Anyway, it's still inflated this morning, so 👍
