how to i get the sealant in if i have presta valves. does it need to go in before i seat the tyre? or can i put it in using the schraeder attachment?

just to save myself getting in a total mess.

The two options are either using a presta valve that has a removeable core or stick it directly into the tyre as you're mounting them (which is the option I took)

Do you have presta valves with removeable cores? (look for a small flat in the thread that the cap screws onto).

If not you'll have to push the bead aside, squirt in and trust to luck.

Removing the valve core is preferable, but you'll also want a big syringe and preferably an adapter to to get it in. Stan's do one which works well (except when the valve gets clogged)

went for the squirt in bottom of tyre and trust to luck approach, will see how it holds up
cheers for the prompt responses.
who wants to bet that the second one will not be as easy?
