I had a flat on my tubeless but I think it is because I have had them (and the bike) six months and the fluid may have 'gone off' a bit. The tyres do deflate between rides a little. I rode on, at the weekend, a fairly flat tyre and lazily rode until it was completely flat only 1 mile from my home. A gave it a pump up and it was sweet again however I noticed a little white fluid on the wheel which I assume had leaked from the tyre.

too low pressure and knocked rim seal much more likely as dried out liquid and white fluid on wheel a bit contradictory.
riding on flat might shag the tyres and make future inflation a bit tricky

Unscrew the valve core, and squirt it down the middle.
