Stans yellow tape, valve and sealant and Hutchinson Fusion 3 tyres (all from JRA), on bog standard road wheels (Bontrager Race). No trouble at all, not even a compressor needed. There isn't any need for 700 tubeless wheels, which I was ready to buy before I saw the info on the Notubes site. Supposedly all the benefits as per mtb (lower pressure and better grip without rolling resistance penelty), but my main reason was no more pinch flats or blow outs. Did 85miles today and it was pretty uneventful, can't comment on lower rolling resistance mind.
