Looking at truing stands but I'm not certain a park ts2.2 would work or not, maybe I'd need the extentions too. The park ts4 would work but it's top dollar

Current requirements are 150mm hub 80mm rim and do all that with a fat tyre fitted as I'd hate to have to remove tubeless tyres for no reason
I also have a 27.5 50mm rim with 3 inch tyre on too.

I'd guess a fatter hub space and 29er plus would future proof it. Unfortunately I hope future proofing doesn't mean a ts4 ๐Ÿ™‚

Any suggestions

if your not going to take the tire off youll be building your own i think.

post build what do you need to use the truing stand for anyway - just use a zip tie on the stay of the frame.

Mick I'd hate to see wheels built using a jig I'd made myself ๐Ÿ™‚

I could probably use the frame for truing up no problem but I used to actually quite like building wheels too and no longer have my stuff so figured maybe get something to cover all eventualities but looking at prices my just buy some zipties haha

I have used a park tools ts8 to pop my fat bike wheels on with tyres mounted. 26" light bicycle 60mm rims with 4" tyres.
