Having built a plus wheel for my trigger, I considered the options for dishing and truing. I came up with a relatively simple solution. Here is my little video to explain.

Guitar was fine but the drums were quite tricky!

I suppose a piece of plastic pipe with a slot cut in it so that it would spring in to fit the steerer tube would do the job too?

Beauty of the above is that it will fit square into the steerer tube.
