Trying to get a hold of these guys but phone line not connecting - would anyone know if they're still going ?

As I understand it, the ownership changed, it went rapidly downhill and now it’s permanently closed down. I tried to get hold of them to claim on the Zipp accidental damage replacement scheme but no joy.

Thanks - that's sad to hear as they were great to deal with on a bike I bought from them.

It was just a quick query about it but I'll try Open direct.

The bailiffs literally gatecrashed the party a few weeks ago and they closed straight away I think 🙁

Good owner sells shop to builder who has no experience of the bike trade.
Builder gets son to run the shop.
Bills not paid.
Bailiffs join the chat.
