My dad’s 2019 powerfly won’t turn on. Battery charged. LEDs showing full on charger. Stick battery in, press on button... and nothing.
Anyone know anything about these things? He’s had it about a month so has used it a few times.

any trek dealer should have the Bosch diagnostics to see the error codes, pop it back to the shop

No obvious damage. Just hoped there may be an obscure reset somewhere that might salvage the weekend.
