Does anyone have one of the Trek Checkpoint bikes?

Yes they are great gravel bikes and good on the road not quite as sharp handling off- road as a trek CXbike but are still excellent go anywhere bikes and the brakes are good nice bit of kit.

My cycling buddy has a 105-level carbon one and it's a pretty nice ride.
He uses it as a relaxed all-round road bike, with some occasional off-road. He's a pretty serious rider and I think it's his favourite bike, with his other roadie being a Domane.
