Does such a thing exist? Off to France for three weeks' cycling and need travel insurance, but also want theft cover for the bikes. Is anyone aware of a single policy that covers this, or will we have to go for travel insurance, then a bike policy that covers high-value bikes away from home?

nope, insure your bikes through home insurance that way they are covered all the time
