Can you adjust a fox DPS rear shock which has the correct I2I, but the wrong travel?
What needs to be done?

Assuming it's metric yes within the bounds of the i2i for that shock.
You need to pull off the air can and add/remove travel spacers. (You can on RS as well but its more involved and you can't just buy spacers like Fox)
