4 days or 7 days?

Was happy with 4 now thinking I should do the 7 days but I am afraid my wife who is comming along will get bored?

I had the bumf this morning, mentioned in passing that I'd love to do it and my wife said 'yes, do it'!!!

Blimey O'Riley, I need to train.

7 days for me, but I reserve the right to wuss out. (The weathergod owes Wales a nice August! We haven't had one for years.)

Oh, and I won't be doing the prologue either....

I did it in 2009 and loved it great camaraderie. I would say go the whole 7 days. I found that after three days your body got used to the ‘punishment’ Also go for the package that include your food as you don’t want to be cooking for yourself.
