Ive found some topo maps on a mountainbike site to down load of the trails, can anyone shed some light on how the hell i download these and can i use them on my etrex garmin?? when i download then its come up with an unknown program source....any help is greatfully received

What do you mean download? Is it a file format i.e. .zip or .rar and the file is compressed? If so, you'll need a file that can read the filetype.
