Just wondering if anybody runs a longer fork than the 120s.
Well I now run 130mm on my formerly 100mm Trance. Shortened stem, widened bars. Taken all headset spacers off to reduce front end height.Slightly adjust riding style especially for climbing, no big deal. Bike has transformed nicely in terms of downs and general handling. Just my take on it, but I'm happy.
had 150mm Revs, then fitted spacer for 140, now onto 130.
150 is a bit too much, for me anyway. Front far too high. 140 was still a bit too high, even with flat bars and upside down stem. 130 seems good so far ๐
This is a large 2010 Trance X frame, medium might not have the high front end issue
I'm running u turn revs teams 120-150. It feels best at 150mm which is what i run it at most of the time. I'll drop to 120 for climbs and sometimes run at 130ish on the flats. Feels so much fun at 150 and is so capable.
I went to 150s but felt it was a bit too much so having them dropped to 140
My wife is. Pikes.
140s feel super to me still climbs great and descends even better
Retro +1 having my sectors taken back to 130 this week.
My Mrs has a small with 140mm Revs on it. It's awesome. I'm not allowed to ride it. Apparently I'll break it.
U-turn air pikes on my trance x1 and it,s superb.
Really do love riding that bike.
Just feels so right.
Medium with 70mm x4 stem and mid rise 710 bars
Got a pair of rtl ti 150 revs that i might swap over.
Think there the same axle to crown so all is looking good... ๐
Sounds good, thanks for the replies.
