Im going down at the weekend, and usually ride at Puddletown, which is excellent. Also done moors valley but its pretty flat, just wondering if there are some good techie trails or singletrack nearer where im staying - Near verwood...Can any dorset peeps fill me in?

Purbecks isn't far away and worth a ride, there is a PDF on STW of a route.

Ride the ridge along to Corfe Castle and then on to Old Harrys.Agglestone Rock nice around there which is across the road from Studland.

Isn't there a bunch of stuff as you come into Verwood from Ringwood? at the bottom/top of the hill.

It might be more dirt jumpy stuff tho

Yeah there's some north shore type stuff, at the back end of moors valley just outside ringwood, I think that's where you mean.

will check out purbecks etc, thanks guys.

yeah thats the one. I work in Verwood but I live in Southampton, not had chance to ride up this way yet. Must bring my bike up soon tho.

There is lots of ridable Fire-Track all round the summit and there is some nice singletrack to be found, but TBH it is all a bogfest at the moment and mostly just a slog 🙁

There is loads of single track in Avon heath,Ringwood forest and Verwood.

Hard to find if you don't no area.

Normally around at weekend if you want to be shown around.
