Been a couple of threads on this recently and a ride guide in STW a few months ago.
Try Garmin Connect site and google "dartmoor mtb gpx" etc.
Loads of options.
There's also an official map of Dartmoor showing all legally rideable trails with gradings on them. Some deliberately exclude Lustleigh Cleave though, you might want to check that out.
