Morning Guys and Girls,
Off up to a friends in Wessington in a few weeks and I'll have a few hours to kill one morning, does anyone know if there are any good trails locally? Ideally straight from the door in Wessington (near Matlock).

Yes, plenty but a lot are cheeky. Ashover is easy to get to from Wessington but the classic loop is maybe a bit short. Have a look on mtbmonkey web site as there's some downloadable routes for that area

Go to justgoride and look at my profile "climbingkev" a few gpx's on there. There's some real good stuff if you know where to look 😉
