you're right that part of the site is pants and could be utilised to be a whole lot better. I'm sure there's some revenue to be generated as well, how about crc sponsored route map? it's very under utilised and some of it has wrong links.

Years ago (like 6-7 years) there was a plan to be putting up 2 routes a week up there. Most of what is up there dates from the old magazine routes and were just copied across from the print mags. Some of them are by me. 🙂
Maybe the thought is just that with Strava, gpx, route downloads, magazine articles etc there's no real need for it?
