Ok, i would like to volunteer to put all the old trail guides onto the trail guide bit of the website - can someone give me access to please ?

It is a bit pants really isn't it? Today however most of the young guns seem to be using Strava and stuff.

you're right that part of the site is pants and could be utilised to be a whole lot better. I'm sure there's some revenue to be generated as well, how about crc sponsored route map? it's very under utilised and some of it has wrong links.

Years ago (like 6-7 years) there was a plan to be putting up 2 routes a week up there. Most of what is up there dates from the old magazine routes and were just copied across from the print mags. Some of them are by me. ๐Ÿ™‚

Maybe the thought is just that with Strava, gpx, route downloads, magazine articles etc there's no real need for it?

Good god never noticed it till now and yeah it's utter shite.

Defo room out there for a sand kicking interactive, zoomable, OS & heat map overlay, picture/video, trail map thingy mabobby, yeaaah easier said than done.
