a friend of mine is looking at buying one of 2015 models. he's around 6ft 1 and thinking the 18.5 inch frame would be the best fit. anyone of the same height riding that size who could provide any thoughts on this? thanks
18.5 / large for sure. As ridden by 3 of our guiding team (OK, we're mostly on AMs....) from 5'11" to 6'2".
I'd previsouly considered the 20" at the same height, as I prefer a longer reach.
i do have long torso short leg syndrome though.
At 6'2" I've just got a 20" frame. Haven't ridden it yet, but the sizing is pretty much the same as my 20" Horsethief, which is perfect!

Mine's a '14 model, but I imagine sizing is the same.
6'2" with 34" inside leg. Got an XL/20" fits spot on. Don't feel the TT is particularly long and the L would have been cramped I feel. Again that's on a 2014 model but iirc only colour schemes changed. Great bike.
