Hi
Currently using a 2 and 4 bike Aiston racks which are looking decidedly tatty now.
Have been increasing tyre widths generally and 2.3 and above are a bit of a squeeze into the wheel bars so thinking about a new rack.
Needs to be good quality and durable and carry 3 bikes one of which has. Specialised Purgatory 3.0 on the front and a 2.8 Nobby Nic on the back.
Does such a rack exist and any recommendations
Cheers
Steve
The Atera Strada are nice racks and claim to be able to fit up to 4.0 tyres if you buy the optional extended wheel straps.
I haven't tried it though but they have been recommended on here a few times
Ask aiston to knock you up some wider hoops, mine take 4" tyres ๐
Although I kind of wish id just had a set of hoops welded to the other side of the original bars so they'd take either size wheels rather than having to keep spares.
I have an Atera Strada and i just extended the straps with some wide webbing strap material to cope with 3 and 4" tyres.
Thanks folks
The Atera looks to tick all of the boxes
thisisnotaspoon- considered that but the rack as a whole is looking tired and I have 2 and 4 bike racks so would need at least 8 and not sure it's worth it.

Blue Ox offers a good tow bar. maybe you want to check that out too.
Atera Strada here. The slide rather than tilt for boot access is superb.
Standard Thule here and it's fine with 3" tyres.
MaxxRaxx here, if you don't mind the hanging from the frame.
Yup, my Thule towbar rack is fine with 3 inch Purgatorys...
