Nigel has always been very helpful and excllent value for money.
Chelmer cycles were very helpful in fixing my bike (stem bolt stripped) with a very effective bodge twenty minutes before the start of the last-but-one Thetford Winter Series, in the pouring rain. Not even charged ๐

How about "best bike shop that you've actually used" (not just read about in a magazine)!
^ yeah, but didn't the nominations come from users? Then a shortlist was compiled..?
For me it would be Two Wheels in Stourbridge. For no other reason than to start the old debate (:D)

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff, won't try to sell you the most expensive products but the right product for you. All the stuff they sell is stuff they would be happy to put on their own bikes.
Very good mechanics and what Box can't tell you about how to setup or alter your ride, just isn't worth knowing.
Oh yeah, and you get mince pies and mulled wine at the moment.
Best bike shop in the Bristol / Weston area by far (imo)
City Cycles in Chichester - I just wouldn't go anywhere else - superb. Happy Christmas Martin, Jackie and Martin.
