Id like to get a Tripster ti frame but will need to fit a child seat as if next year. Is it safe to do so on ti frames? The type that clamps onto the seat tube.

I tow a tag a long with my Tripster which is probably more stressful then one of those bolt around seat holders.
If a child seat broke it I'd be mighty pee'd off, you'll be fine.

Depending on tubing shape and any shims, you might be able to minimise any stress by using a long seatpost (or, in your case, a normal length one)
