I've recently changed cars from a 2008 3 Series saloon to a 2011 3 Series Touring.
Now according to Thule I need the same foot kit (for ISOfix ) as my old saloon and then another bit to connect the foot kit to connect the bar to the feet
There are no ISOfix mounts on the roof just flush mounted rails.
Anybody got an idea what I need other than the universal roof rail mounting kit?
Thanks for any help
Cheers
Ken
Can you not get the BMW roof bars that suit the rails, then fit the carriers with the long T Pieces?
Does roofbox.co.uk not have it listed? Always found their site helpful.
Roofbox suggest the same as Thule which is wrong and if you look at the other bars on there they use clamp on style bars not ISOfix
I'll buy the Beemer bars if I have to but would rather use the Thule bars I have already as they are the right ones for the car
Tyresmoke and other BMW forums should know.
I have the same car buy the bmw ones like everything bmw only bmw parts fit oh and check the fittings on whatever you are fitting to them my thule bike racks did not fit.
You need the long T Pieces.
