...turns out that I didn't just dent the rear end of my RS7, I bent the stay and now the rear end is out of alignment and the wheel is on the piss.
2 weeks to next race and 16 months left to pay for it.
๐ Not much to say really just needed to vent.
Ouch, what did you do to it? Warranty or crash replacement?
bummer ๐ฅ
Bin'd it practising race track at hopton for round 3 of the pearce series. Just slammed hard and the bike landed on a rock / stump - just dented the drive side seat stay - turns out that its bent as well and now the wheel is out of alignment.
Crash replacement rear end is 700ish and a 3-4 week wait minimum.
Unfortunately I was just keeping it until I could sell it to help fund buying a V10c.
Now that isn't an economically viable option ๐

Gutted for you fella. Ouch.
Only had it 4 months too. First new DH frame in over 6 years.
2010 Sucks big time. Took a 20% pay cut to keep my job in march so no hope of anything new anytime soon. Car is dying slowly and using more fuel than a fighter jet at mach 2. Being sued by some dickhead who drove in to me on a roundabout which my insurance company have ****ed me right over on.Bah etc.
Any one want to buy a kidney? Or a soul? One owner, slightly tarnished. Will trade for a V10c.
