[Closed] Thick Matte Helicopter Tape?

[#12313709]

I'm struggling to find decent matte helicopter tape for the downtube of my bike.
The matte dyedbro kit I ordered came with a gloss downtube section. Looked terrible on a matte frame so went in the bin. It was also quite a bit too short.

Now I've tried one from Paragon tapes. It's ok, but so thin it's not going to last. It was also really stretchy and creased in a couple places - also looks pretty terrible.

@clink

Am I missing something? JRA are selling their tape in 4 different lengths, but how wide is it?

3M ventureshield on ebay - you can get it in various sizes to suit.

Was going to say that @alanf

Goggle £m tape and have a look about, some of the cheaper copies fade, or go yellow.

Do invisiframe not sell blank sheets of the matte xpel stuff that they use?

All of these seem to be gloss finish apart from invisiframe. But they only do full kits as far as I can tell. Also invisiframe from stuff appears to be thin too.

I've used JRA stuff (whatever it is) for several years and been impressed.
