Hope to be at round 2. Can't afford the money or time to do the whole series. I'll be riding a Prophet with 150mm Revelations, same bike I used for Enduro racing last year.

Not sure what I'll be riding as I need to buy a bike. It'll be something with 150 or 160mm travel.

Look in the "shop"
It's £35 per race for an individual. I'm thinking I'll do these races. Probably on my 5 spot w/36s.

Hopefully, though I dunno which ones yet. If I do I'll be on either an Mmmbop with Pikes or a Hemlock with Lyriks, depending which is working at the time...

I quite fancy giving it a go, but with place names like 'moor and 'plain is it not closer to a really short XC time trial?

Will be riding the same Zesty i use for xc endurance and the Mega... only one bike but I switch forks out... Team Revs for xc and Bos Deville for gnarlly and will be getting some off set shock mounts for more options...

I see these events as a good way of testing myself and gauging my progress... for some reason I never ride well when racing but have good pace when out riding for fun.

Just seen the Gravity Enduro dates, tempted by the Dyfi and CyB ones too.

But by the time I add all the fees up I could almost have afforded to go to the Alps instead.

I'm going to have a go at a few, good news for other competitors as that's at least one person you can beat ! Hopefully there is a special category for slow old gits.

Giant Reign and a slack hardtail if I buy one, I'll try both.

The Fusion X Enduro 1 series look/sound more xc trail and h/tail friendly, so will probably use the 456 summer season with 130 fork, dropper post, 2x10 etc.

Where as the 661 series, looks abit more gravity assisted, so will use the T120s with dropper post, 1x10 etc,,,,,,,

Scott Scale will go on ebay..............

Hoping to do Inners, CYB, and the final round (Dyfi would be ace) if funds and work/uni allow. I have seen there is talk of 8 minute stages for the CYB round. Should be ace.

07' 120mm S'works stumpy with 140mm revs for me. Inverse mullet bikes ftw!

I'll do as many of the Gravity Enduros as i can get to, shifts may prevent play at some of them though.
The X-Fusion ones look a bit too 'pedally' for my liking....i'll be riding an Ariel:

I'll probably do Innerleithen, on me Hemlock... Pretty ideal for it really.

For enduroists, remember there's another Innerleithen MTB Racing enduro event coming up on Saturday the 18th of Feb. Only £30, day-and-night, 2 stages run twice. Always good, these, just as much racing packed into a one day event.

They barely update it tbh, it's pretty hopeless- their Facebook page is better.

I've entered all the Enduro1 events - will be riding the Meta 5 with 140mm Pikes (old skool...)

[img] [/img]

I'm pretty light footed though, so don't warrant bigger bouncers!
Will prob send both shocks off to TFTuned beforehand though - likely for service and PUSH upgrade for the forks too.

i'm doing fod enduro and all the uk gravity enduros except round one.
i will be using a 140mm marin rocky ridge with 140mm revelations and a reverb post. i some stages are 8 mins long they can't be steep descent all the way so i think 140mm or 150mm is best.
i also think it would be fun on my ns surge with 140mm forks but would not quite be as fast on the rougher tracks.
