I haven't been up the Wrekin in over 20 years. I remember it being fun with the 52mm suspension on the Cannondale.
Yesterday my mate heard how good it was for ebikes so he just messaged me and wants to go tomorrow. I know nothing, except he'll expect me to be the guide. I've got Google maps on an android phone and basic free Strava.

The main track would be the easiest way to the top. There has been a lot trail building going on in the last few years. Best is to have a look on YouTube under Wrekin DH trails. One starts near the antenna and few on the opposite side. You could park in Wellington and ride up which would take you past the Ercall which also has some good riding.
You can go up the main track or there are climbing trails sort of anti-clockwise too which are a bit more gradual.
That's the way we used to neeb up.
I walked the dog up there a few weeks ago, small parking area was full, there are easy to see trails off to the right around the trees by the mast but they are steep. Lots of trails shown on Trailforks, let me know how you get on.
Well we didn't go in the end. Somebody forgot about something he had planned for the afternoon. Anyway, it gave me the opportunity to download Trailforks.
