i know now what you mean though. I could have had a demo ride on the FkareMax before ordering it, which would have been sensible. But it would have meant waiting until mid May and I know from experience that May is often the best month up here. It could rain from June to September so there was no way I was going to rusk missing this. Sorry that's no help is it 🙂
Thanks Roverpig, I've been following your insta pics with a little (lots) of jealousy.I know what you mean about May - same here! I currently ride a 26" BFe with 2.4" tyres and I'm not willing to go bigger than standard width 27.5. I'm also a short arse and I think even the small FlareMAX is a wee bit too big for me. Keep the pics coming, glad you're enjoying the new bike!
Yes, I was just kidding. A 29er isn't ideal for everyone of course. All depends where and how you ride, what you enjoy etc. Anyway, I hope they launch that flare for you soon.
