We are at one of the highest points in the Lake District. Conditions at the bottom seemed variable, but now we're not too sure we are going to make it back to base. If anyone finds this camera in years to come, please tell my family I love them all! Goodbye!

I had a similar problem playing video on vimeo etc. Try going onto the website of the PC/laptop you own, should be a support option for drivers, usually asks for model etc, you should be able to reinstall/update the video drivers. It worked for me.
