Bit bored earlier and looking through works intranet where I find this from earlier in the week

Calderdale house prices one of the biggest risers says Land Registry
Evening Courier (Halifax)
Land Registry figures on house prices show the areas with the biggest rises in value last year were Richmond-upon-Thames, Ealing, Wokingham, Barnet, Calderdale, York and Swindon. But there were quite steep declines in Knowsley, Barking & Dagenham, Middlesbrough and Liverpool.

Any chance you could open a sub-office in Plymouth?

You'd think so but not anymore. Recently removed all our access to that data unless you're important. I'm not 😉
