[#2798983]

Been talking to a load of people recently, and they keep saying that they rode to here to there, over the step and back again, but with no-one telling me a definate, 'go on this road from town X, and you'll get there'.

Now, i'm interested to see what 'the step' is, where it is what its all about etc. Can anyone tell me about it? Where it is etc?

It's a roady topic i'm afraid!

Thanks robhughes! I may get the roady out in the next week or so and give it a go.. (Drive somewhere near to it, and then go for a ride over there)!

How far, how hard and how many tea stops do you want? Its my training ground and could put a ride together on mapmyride if you want.Or you can tag along with me (I am 'at leisure' until I sort out a new job).I like my tea though.......and lots of climbing.
