Just got my first full suss: a Boardman Team.
Stock tyres are pony.
For year round XC and occasional sharp rocky trail, can you suggest decent tyres please?
I was thinking of Maxxis Advantage up front with a Crossmark rear...?

Personally, I swear by Bonty Jones ACX, available in a range of widths and in wire or folding bead. Sidewalls can go after a year or two, but generally great.
If you don't mind slightly narrower, something also very allround and good in mud is the Bonty Mud X, apparently.
I don't work for Bontrager btw 🙂
