I've just spent a very pleasant couple of hours servicing one of the tandems and the tourer.
I was following the square taper BB thread and it occured to me, I hadn't had the BB's out of either bike for a couple of years. This lead to the inevitable checking, adjusting, greasing and fiddling...
I can now happily report, all steel/alloy interfaces and bearings cleaned/regreased, transmissions cleaned and everything adjusted and tickety boo.
