Tight arse, atleast make it with milk - full fat too. Breakfast of champions indeed, fruity flapjacks fuel big rides, pies for shorter social paced rides.

tesco 2 minute spinach and ricotta tortellini with plenty quatered cherry tomatoes, a big handful of watercress.. some grated cheese and a bit of lemon and olive oil drizzled over..
