No helmet - which on a rocky section led to some serious mincing / fear ๐Ÿ™‚ Calories - indeed were balanced by a large slice of cake. Pineapple and passon fruit at inshriach tearooms *rubs tum*

They certainly are, he found out on his walking weekend when a gps put him back on the right track.
