I'm just replacing the lower leg sales and foams on my Reba with a TFT kit but the foam rings are somewhat thinner than the originals in the fork. Also, there is no inner oil seal currently fitted but one has been supplied in the TFT kit, is this and the thinner foam supposed to replaced the thicker foam that is currently fitted?
The black oil seal goes in first, then the yellow foam ring then the grey dust wiper seal.
The groove in the oil seal needs to be pointing down into the fork when you fit it and make sure it's seated square or they'll be quite sticky when reassembled.

You are a top bloke! I spoke to you on the phone this week about my seized rebound adjuster and you were really helpful then too. Looks like I am getting them fixed under warranty but you are top of my list when it comes to servicing and parts in future.
