Anyone got experience of these add on racks for sus frames without rack mounts .

Nope, but I have got a tailfin which whilst spendy, does work well.
There is a GMBN video of Blake Samson using the Tetraracks for a bike packing trip. They seemed to do the job well.
I am considering getting one for use on my hard tail suspension forks so would also be interested in first hand experience reports.
Be next year before I can get the ebike, so Ill report on it then. If thats the one i get.
