I want to change my FoxRP23 shock (Velocity Tune = F / Rebound tune = L) to Rockshox Monarch RT3 (Medium Rebound/Medium Compression) , both 165x38 ... will the different tuning ruin the ride of the bike? frame is ASR5.

Also interested in this, bike currently has a Rockshox Monarch, light compression and medium rebound and wondered what the equivalent fox tune would be?

OP - I'd suggest asking owners of the same bike what shock tunes they are using. MTBR or Pinkbike could be more useful than here, if there are already threads for your bike there.
