[Closed] Tech help needed - rear wheel 'twisting'

Need a bit of technical please. After having my Santa Cruz Chameleon built (from a donor bike) the rear wheel doesnt sit 'square' in the drop outs. If I tighten the skewers up to make it straight as soon as I put any pedal pressure on it sends it out of alignment again.

Any ideas ?

I had this once - broken axle caused it.

Will check the axle but think that's ok

The freehub bearings probably partial collapsed, my SS rear wheel keeps doing the same thing (as well as undoing the preload caps on the hub).

Is this the newer EBB model or the older horizontal drop-out version?
