I have just recently bought a pair of Z150's that have a missing the rebound adjuster.
I thought the forks were a 2004 model because from memory (and the Marzocchi website, this was the only year that they were made). I ordered the relevant part, but it does not fit.
Having spoken to Windwave, they think that it is a 2003 fork and therefore has no adjuster, just the little bit of threaded rod sticking out of the top cap. This doesn't seem right to me.
They have sent me expploded diagram of an 03 and an 04 Z150, and mine appears to be somewhere inbetween. The 03 version has a spring preload system, which mine doesn't (I have air) and the top of the ETA cartridge in mine looks more like the 04 version. The top of the rebound cartridge looks like neither!
So, does anyone remember if there was an 03 Z150, and if so what did the adjusters look like.......
Not sure on year but the rebound adjuster on mine was a gold knob. See here for photos
Mine (the ones in the link above) had air pre-load....
the rebound adjuster on the end of my 66s snapped off taking the end of the adjuster which goes directly into the cartridge
i just hacksawed a groove into the remaining bit of the adjuster and use a screwdriver to adjust it if i need to
is that an option
this would imply there was an 03 z150

Thanks guys - the top of my rebound cartridge is different to that in the service guide.....I don't have a threaded top, just a slot in it.
I can adjsut it because ot sounds proud, I was just thought there should be an adjuster because it looks a bit poo!
I was convinced that they only made these in 04 as well.
Did you give windwave the serial number, iirc they can tell the model from that. It could be an oem fork, in which case it could have any set of features!
there were a lot of similar forks made on that basic chassis - I wouldn't be surprised if what was actually made was different from what was in the records as made as a lot of the parts are cross compatible
If you can adjust it with a screwdriver i wouldn't worry
