Anyone done it? If so, what fork and what headset?
I've got a 2008 Giant Reign and would like the option of running a tapered fork but I read somewhere that the Giant headtubes taper internally and/or are designed only for an internal zero-stack lower race.
Can anyone shed any light before I wast lots of cash?

afaik its zerostack only, my reign is about 2006 i think and about the same. watching this thread as i'd like to know the same thing !
